Trade Intelligence Backup is an internal backup component used to copy application-generated database backup files to Google Drive.
The application requests limited Google Drive permission so it can create, read, update, and delete only the files and folders that the application itself creates or opens through the granted permission. It does not request unrestricted access to all files in the user's Google Drive.
The service may handle application backup files, OAuth authorization tokens, and technical metadata required to operate automated backups.
Data is used only for backup, restore, security, reliability, and operational maintenance of the Trade Intelligence platform. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
Backup retention is managed according to the platform's backup policy. Credentials and OAuth tokens are stored on the secured server and access is restricted to authorized system processes and administrators.
Google Drive is used as an off-site backup destination and is subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
This policy may be updated as the Trade Intelligence platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
